Murchison Falls National Park .This Park is the largest in Uganda at 3840 square kilometers. Here is the awe inspiring Murchison Falls where the River Nile hurls itself in convulsions through a narrow crevice and then plunges 40 meters in one breathtaking leap. The park has a variety of vegetation ranging from riparian forests and swamp lands to broad savannah, and provides visitors the opportunity of seeing large concentrations of wildlife including lion, leopard, civet, hyena, elephant, giraffe, buffalo, hippo, crocodile, a host of smaller game, small primates and many bird species, including the rare shoebill stork.
Day 1:
Arrive in Kampala
This day arrive at the Entebbe airport and transferred to the hotel.
Day 2:
Kampala to Murchison Falls National Park
- Breakfast at the hotel. 07h30 depart and head north to On arrival at the park, head to the top of Murchison Falls, for spectacular views of the River Nile hurling itself through a narrow crevice and plunging down 40 meters in one breathtaking leap.
- Arrive at your lodge early afternoon.
- Afternoon at leisure.
Murchison Falls National Park
- Today there will be 3 game drives to be taken at leisure.
- Boat trip along the River Nile to the bottom of the falls.
- Early morning game viewing drive retuning to the lodge for breakfast.
- 07h00 after an early breakfast, depart from Murchison Falls with a packed lunch and head southwest, for the long drive to Kibale Forest via Hoima. Kibale is famous for chimpanzee trekking and bird watching
- Breakfast at the Primate Lodge. After breakfast at leisure, depart from Kibale Forest and head south, through the scenic town of Fort Portal, to Queen Elizabeth National Park (3 hours). Driving through the Albertine Rift you will get spectacular views of the Mountains of the Moon.
- 3 game drives to be taken at your leisure
- Breakfast, lunch, dinner and overnight at your lodges.
- After an early breakfast, depart Queen Elizabeth National Park with a packed lunch, and head to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, home of the magnificent mountain gorilla. Arrive at Gorilla Safari Lodge, Bwindi Impenetrable Forest in the late afternoon.
- After an early breakfast, depart from your lodge with picnic lunch boxes and assemble at the nearest ranger post of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest to be introduced to your rangers, and for a briefing on your trek. Begin your gorilla tracking expedition. When you find the gorillas, you will be permitted to view them for an hour before returning to the park headquarters and to your lodge

- Breakfast and then bid farewell to your lodge and proceed to Entebbe
- 270 km -5 hours’ drive
- If you wish, you can stop for an early lunch en-route on your own account
- Drop off at the Entebbe international airport for the flight to Nairobi. Met on arrival and transferred to the hotel
